Is this real astrologers or AI?
It is AI, and we are open about that. We compute your actual natal chart with real astronomy, then an AI reads those placements together. That is how we can be both personal and affordable, without pretending a human is typing in the background.
How does the reading work?
You answer a few questions about your birth, we calculate your chart from that, and the AI reads your sun, moon, rising and the rest of the sky as a single connected story. Your reading is then delivered to you.
Do I need to know my exact birth time?
It helps. Your date sets your sun sign and most planets, but your rising sign and houses depend on your birth time and place. The more exact your details, the more precise your chart.
How much does it cost and how does the trial work?
Your reading begins with a low-cost 3-day trial, then continues as a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. You always see the exact price before you pay. See our billing terms for the full detail.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fee. You can manage and cancel from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not right, contact us and we will help. Our refund policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.
How do I access my account and reading?
We use passwordless sign-in: enter your email and we send you a secure magic link, so there is no password to remember or reset. Your reading and chart live in your account.
Is my personal information private?
Yes. We use your birth details to create your reading, we do not sell your data, and we protect it with standard security. Our privacy policy has the full detail.
Can astrology predict the future?
No, and we would not claim it. Astrology describes tendencies and timing, a little like a weather forecast for your life. It is a mirror for reflection and choice, not a fixed prediction. You always have free will.
