This Privacy Policy explains how Astrocristal LLC (“Astrocristal,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares
information when you use astrocristal.com and our messaging programs. By using the site or opting in to our
messages, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- You provide: name, mobile phone number, email address, and responses you submit (e.g., quiz/entry answers).
- Automatically: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, and a click identifier we use to measure campaigns.
- Cookies & pixels: we and partners (e.g., the Meta/Facebook pixel and analytics) use cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve our marketing.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate the site and the service you requested;
- Send marketing communications by SMS and/or email where you have consented;
- Administer promotions and offers and measure their performance;
- Analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
3. SMS / text messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with any third
parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information
is used solely to deliver the messages you signed up for.
If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Astrocristal
at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or entry. Message frequency varies;
message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we share — and “sale”/“sharing” under US privacy law
To operate our advertising business we share personal information (such as identifiers, your responses,
and online activity) with: service providers acting on our behalf; advertising and analytics partners
(including the Meta/Facebook pixel) for measurement and targeting; and, when you choose to proceed to a
partner offer, the relevant advertiser or network. Some of this sharing may constitute a “sale” or
“sharing” of personal information under the California CCPA and similar US state laws — you may opt out
(see §5). We also disclose information where required by law.
Your SMS opt-in data is different: we never sell or share your mobile phone number,
SMS opt-in, or SMS consent for any third party's marketing (§3). The “sale/sharing” above does not include it.
5. Your choices & rights
- SMS: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: US residents may opt out of the sale/sharing in §4
by emailing privacy@astrocristal.com. (This does not affect SMS opt-in data,
which is never sold/shared.)
- US state rights (CCPA and similar): access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): as Astrocristal LLC is established in the EU, GDPR applies to our processing. You have
rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint
with a supervisory authority.

6. Data retention & security
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and we use
reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Age
The site and our messaging are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 16.
8. Entertainment notice
Astrocristal content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes and is not a
substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
