Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Astroline offers various subscription plans to access our premium astrology services. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
• Quarterly subscriptions are billed every 90 days
• Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos
• PayPal payments
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (mobile devices)

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee using your selected payment method.

• Renewal charges occur 24 hours before the subscription expires
• You will receive email notifications 7 days and 1 day before renewal
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days advance notice

4. Free Trial Period

New users may be eligible for a free trial period as specified during registration. During the trial:

• No charges will be made during the trial period
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
• If not cancelled, your subscription will begin after the trial ends
• Only one free trial per user account is permitted

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
• No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
• Cancelled accounts can be reactivated at any time

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
• Unauthorized charges reported within 30 days
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again according to the following schedule:

• First retry: 3 days after initial failure
• Second retry: 7 days after initial failure
• Final retry: 14 days after initial failure
• Account suspension occurs after final failed attempt

8. Price Changes

Astroline reserves the right to modify subscription prices with proper notice:

• 30 days advance notice for price increases
• Email notification to all affected subscribers
• Option to cancel before new prices take effect
• Existing subscribers grandfathered for one billing cycle

9. Taxes and Fees

Additional charges may apply based on your location:

• Sales tax, VAT, or GST as required by local law
• Currency conversion fees for non-USD payments
• Payment processing fees (included in subscription price)
• All taxes are calculated at checkout

10. Billing Disputes

If you have questions about a charge or need to dispute a billing issue:

• Contact our support team within 60 days of the charge
• Provide your account information and transaction details
• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
• Disputed amounts may be temporarily credited during investigation
