These Billing Terms explain how payments and the subscription work when you purchase access to a reading from Astrocristal LLC (“Astrocristal,” “we,” “us”). They form part of our Terms & Conditions. By starting your trial you agree to them.
When you start, we charge €1.00 (or the equivalent in your displayed currency) to the payment method you provide. This gives you 3 days of access to your reading and the service.
This is a recurring subscription with automatic renewal. If you do not cancel before your 3-day trial ends, your access converts to a monthly subscription billed at €9.99 per month (or the equivalent in your displayed currency) to the same payment method. Each month renews automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
The €1.00 trial charge is taken at sign-up. The first €9.99 monthly charge is taken when the 3-day trial ends, and then on the same day each month thereafter. If a billing date does not exist in a given month, you are billed on the last day of that month.
You can cancel at any time — before the trial ends to avoid the monthly charge, or later to stop future renewals. Cancel from your account dashboard, or email support@astrocristal.com and we will cancel for you. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already billed (see our Money-Back Policy).
If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will only apply to renewals after the notice. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts due for periods in which you had access.
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may include applicable taxes. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
