  • Processing Time: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed astrological readings and reports that have been delivered
  • Subscription services used for more than 24 hours (except for technical issues)
  • Free trial periods that have been fully utilized
  • Services cancelled after the specified refund window
  • Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations or predictions
